TRS Renews ISED Recognition — Supporting
Certification for
Canada and the U.S.

Testing & Reliability Services (TRS), part of the EKTOS group, has renewed its ISED accreditation with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED), reaffirming its authority to test and certify products for the Canadian market.
The renewal confirms that TRS continues to operate as a recognized testing facility under Canada’s Radio Standards Specifications (RSS) and Interference-Causing Equipment Standards (ICES). This enables clients of all sizes across industries to have their products tested locally and confidently accepted for ISED certification.
Because the ISED and FCC frameworks are closely aligned, TRS can streamline testing and documentation for both Canadian and U.S. markets, helping clients reduce duplication, speed up approvals, and bring products to market faster.
